MMC RYOTEC Corporation will construct a new plant at its manufacturing subsidiary in Thailand, OTEC (Thailand) Co., Ltd. ("OTEC"), in order to expand its manufacturing system for Rock tools.

Since its establishment in 1997, OTEC has steadily grown as MMC RYOTEC's overseas manufacturing base for Rock tools. To meet the growing demand in the future, we have started construction of a new plant. The new plant is scheduled to start operation in October 2025, will be equipped with new machining and heat treatment facilities. The production capacity of Rods is planned to be doubled in the future according to growing demand.
